Dr. Marta Orlando is a post doctoral scientist working at CharitĂŠ University Hospital in Berlin. She performs electron microscopy experiments to investigate the shape and function and plastic changes of presynaptic terminals.
She joined DNO in 2017, first as a Jury member. She was enthusiastic about the organisation and joined the Academic Team soon thereafter. Since 2018 she is taking care of Registration for the DNO regional competition in Berlin and, since 2019, is Team Leader of the Berlin Team.
